Registering an Event Listing

Follow these simple steps for successfully registering an event listing on Farmgear.

1. Confirm you are authorised to add this listing

2. Select a listing package

1. Review the options and choose the package that best fits your event needs.
2. If you select the Free listing option you will have several fields to fill out.
3. If you select the Paid listing option you will have many more fields to fill out as your listing will contain farm more information than a free one.
4. If you select the Upgrade option you will need to fill out the fields that were not completed when a Free listing was originally booked or created by Farmgear.

3. Complete all the necessary form fields

1. Please read our Event Listing Tips article before proceeding.
2. Listings cannot be edited once submitted, so be very careful about spelling and grammar.
3. Some fields are required and must be completed.
4. Others are optional but if you have the information it is best to complete these fields as well, as this will make your listing more informative.

4. Make your payment

1. We use Stripe as our payment gateway.
2. If you have been issued with a coupon for a multiple listings discount, ensure you enter the coupon in each listing you create.
3. Click on the ‘Join Farmgear’ button to make your payment.

5. Confirmation and listing activation

1. After submitting your listing you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
2. If this does not happen please check your listing form for any missing ‘required’ fields, which will be highlighted red.
3. If that does not help, then please use our contact form and select ‘Other Support Issue’ as the reason for emailing.
