You may have up to two minor changes to your directory listing per year. To make this changes you will need to complete a listings changes form for the type of listing you have. Changes may be subject to moderation before being published.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
• Refund for Unused Period: If you cancel your subscription early, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period, except in the case of technical issues as outlined in this policy above.

6. Advertising Campaigns and Sponsored Content

If you purchase advertising campaigns or sponsored content, please note that the Website does not guarantee specific results or impressions. Refunds will not be issued based on performance metrics, unless there is a clear error in the execution of the campaign caused by the Website.
